1. « Basic program »

This mission allows the customer/beneficiary to familiarize himself with his new environment (1), to determine his needs and his wishes according to his family’s obligations (2) and to visit some accommodations (3).

1. Acknowledgement of one’s new enviromenent life

Presentation of Paris, its districts « arrondissements » and suburbs
Presentation of the real estate market
Information relating to the rights and obligations of the tenants /landlords in France
Presentation of schools, associations, and sport clubs …

2. Determination of the needs and wishes according to the family’s obligations

Determination of the geographical area where the customer/beneficiary would like to live
Setting up of a schedule for the research of the accommodation (rental / buy) according to the requirements and the budget eventually fixed by the company
Presentation of the geographical area (information relating to the public transport, shops, schools, doctors …)
Visit of the determined geographical area.

2. « Basic program + »

This program is similar to the « Basic program » (1,2,3) but it includes an assistance for the installation (4)

3. Installation Programme +

The aim of this program is to assist the beneficiary, once the lease agreement is concluded, within the framework of the formalities regarding different subscription such as:

Advice and assistance to the conclusion of the insurance contract,
Assistance to the performance of the formalities regarding the electricity, gas, telephone, internet connection and other utilities…
Assistance to the research of a nursery or nurse
Assistance to the research of a school, request for an appointment, assistance during the interviews, carry out of the formalities relating to the registration
Presentation of the public establishment (city all and its departments …)
Assistance to the research of a doctor
Assistance to the research of housekeeping employees, baby-sitter …
Assistance to open a bank account


4. Assistance to the integration of the spouse

Sometimes, the spouse integration may be long and worrying. Besides language problems, many additional factors may complicate the installation. Therefore we offer a tailor made service helping the spouse into her integration and blossoming within her new environment.

5. Departure assistance Programme

Leaving Paris after a mission or because of personal reasons can be as difficult as the arrival.

Preparing and organizing the departure requires time and the carry out of many formalities. Consequently, we offer assistance to the following aspects:
- cancellation of the lease agreement (drafting of the cancellation letter to the landlord according to the French legal provisions)
- cancellation of the utilities contracts and subscriptions (telephone, electricity, gas, insurance …)
- return of the accommodation (eventually research of service companies to clean the accommodation and do the repairs …), inventory fixtures, mail follow up ….

6. « A la carte » program

We have created this program in order to answer as well as possible the requirements of the customers/beneficiaries. It may consist only in the assistance to find the right localisation of the accommodation, the assistance to the understanding of the lease agreement or any other services herabove described.
During the interview with the customer/beneficiary, we try to live up to his/her expectations as soon as possible.
